England began the year with a second Development Tour to Barbados, hoping to encourage the playing of blind cricket in the West Indies. [report].

The summer sees the first visit to the UK by the Australia blind cricket team. The series is due to start on 20th August with an indoor tournament followed by 5 internationals culminating at Bradfield College on 28th August. [itinerary]
